Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 5 days after the package is marked as delivered.

We only accept return/refund requests in the following situations:

• The product arrives damaged
• The product is defective
• The wrong item/variant was received
• The incorrect size/color/style was sent.

 

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be returned with original packaging and accessories
• Proof of issue (photos/videos) must be provided

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 36–48 hours, and funds should appear in your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours after purchase.

Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.

Orders cannot be canceled after processing has begun.
